Keith Brownlee my grass guru
was a great help with the
seeding and fertilizing. Man
those drop spreaders are the
best for keeping the seed
even and out of your beds.
Although I was told it was
possible to germinate the
seed without overhead I
still felt it might be
quicker and the weather was
exceptionably hot
Fortunately I had left my
existing rotor zone in (just
in case of a problem), but
the same could of been
achieved with a simple
garden hose
It only took about 5 days
before I stated to see
results
This is 2 weeks, at this
point I discontinued the
overhead watering
This is 4 weeks, and 2 weeks
with only the subsurface
irrigation and no rain
either
6 weeks and its really taken
shape
Finally 2 months has passed
and 6 weeks since the last
overhead watering
The Blazing Saddle cuts out clamping, coring, and cutting
- and it saves digging
